Phone outages have been resolved

The City's phone vendor has resolved the issue preventing inbound calls to all City facilities. Phone service was restored at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28. Calls to 9-1-1 and the City's non-emergency line were unaffected by the outage.

DRAC Closing Early on Saturday, Dec. 2

Don Rodenbaugh Aquatics Center is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2 to accommodate the Holly Jolly Celebration and Allen Rotary Christmas Parade.

Modified hours at The Edge: Dec.2-3

The Edge will modify facility hours this Saturday and Sunday to accommodate the Holly Jolly Celebration and Allen Rotary Christmas Parade.

Saturday Dec. 2: The Edge skate park is open 8 a.m. to noon. The facility/building is open 10 a.m. to noon.
Sunday Dec. 3: The Edge skate park is open 8 a.m. to noon. The facility and parking will be closed all day.

Court is Closed on Friday, Dec. 1

Allen Municipal Court is closed for business on Friday, Dec. 1. Court staff is available by phone at 214.509.4380 and on the online portal during business hours.
