CPR Classes

Through hands-on CPR training from American Heart Association, you'll learn how to:

  • Perform CPR on adults, children and infants
  • Perform CPR with and without the use of rescue breaths
  • Use various AED (automated external defibrillator) devices, commonly found in public buildings such as offices, schools, recreation facilities and shopping centers

Stop the Bleed Training

Uncontrolled bleeding is the number one cause of preventable death from trauma. In this class, you'll learn various ways to control and/or stop bleeding after an injury, whether using their two hands or a full trauma first-aid kit.
